These people are horrible we paid our water online and the water was cut off so we called trying to get to the bottom of it they told us their system had been acting up but we still had to pay to have it reconnected even though it was their fault and then when we tried to explain that we had a baby the lady got hateful and hung up
Payed online and water was cut off anyways. They apologized yet it took over 6hrs for them to turn our water back on.
Awful experience all around, rude staff. Always feels make me feel as though I’m bothering them when I call. I need to dig a well, prices are outrageous.

Prices have tripled since we moved here over a decade ago. Today we woke up to no water – bill are all paid – and you cannot reach anyone for answers. They need to have an option to pay with check online or autopay for no fee. I’d rather have the extra few dollars to be able to put on my bill instead of the fees they charge for card payments.
