The worst attention ever, they put you on hold right from the get go, you wait forever, and when you need to quickly put them on hold they hang up on you immediately

Horrible experience with an epidural. During my follow up I was told they would call for another appointment. It has been 18 months an I never got that call.
Very professional yet caring. Dr. Yang takes the time necessary to understand your concerns (he’s not driven by an every-7-minute patient schedule).
Unfortunately they are overbooked. It’s very hard to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time.. The doctors are great though
Being told the Doc will be right in then waiting exactly an hour to only be told by the doc that he didn’t know you were here. Then being asked why you are here when THEY called and made the appointment. Then losing the MRI pictures of you (thank god you had a copy). This place is rediculous.
I anticipated a lengthy and drawn out process to receive an epidermal. I was so impressed with the appreciation of my time and ability to schedule the procedure as well as follow up appointment.
After first appointment the waiting time was drastically reduced. Dr. Yang is a great help and source of information. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
