I brought in my 2 kids for a yearly physical, I requested a physical form for both of them. I only received one and when I inquired about the second one….I was told to wait due to the technicians being busy. My children and I have been sitting here for over an hour after my appointment was completed!

I was referred to this doctor by our pediatrician and when I called to make an appointment, I spoke to a receptionist who was very rude to me. I also sat on hold waiting to talk to someone for 20 minutes before finally speaking with her. We will not be giving this practice our business based on this experience alone.

The experience I had at Dr.Ticho’s Office was incredible. From the time I walked in at the reception desk to Dr. Ticho’s assistant and his personal care then on to the Eye Care Center where I purchased a new pair of Flexon glasses.
