Can’t get any help you schedule an appointment for a doctor for your pain because you have a disease and they tell you to go to the er!! What is the point of having a doctor?!?!?! What a joke!
The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I love the beautiful entrance, the piano music, gift shop, marketing staff & radiology team!!
one lady dr.there is very rude and heartless. told my cousin never to comabck to the hospital through emergency room again since he didnt have nsurance. that lady will be getting sued.
I have called a number of times over the past several months and have always gotten a call back within an hour of my call. They are prompt and caring. I appreciate each of the staff here.
Like most hospitals or clinics, you will wait at times, sometimes for quite a while. Most adults should expect this, so nothing really new there. Some staff are great, others don’t even make sure you can’t hear and will make a comment …
I am 32 weeks pregnant went in for fluid discharge and waited over a hour in the waiting room then got back to the room waited another hour before they did anything then nurses discussed in front of me that they had no idea what they were doing along with the actaul ER docter.
They refuse to take you seriously and act like you’re just there to get a prescription. WebMD is more helpful.
Great healthcare system in Sioux Center. It was a privilege to know the healthcare professionals in SCH via my preceptor Dr. Alanna Janssen and meet the local community as patients. The environment felt like ‘home away from home’ and everyone like a family!
