Horrible customer service. Monday morning at 730 and no internet….call Wiatel and they tell me that they are doing maintenance. Makes perfect sence to do maintenance at 730 on a Monday morning. I wish there was another option for service in Lawton.
Their basic TV is fine, but my problem is with their “High speed” wireless internet. I came from a speed test RIGHT before this review, and the results are 0.80 Mbps download and 0.75 Mbps upload. Very dissapointed.
Customer service staff are always friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. You can’t ask for more than that. Also a special shootout to Lori who always goes above and beyond to help customers!
I deal mainly with the Moville office- everyone there is friendly and very helpful.
From answering questions to computer repair- these guys rock!!!

Customer service is 10/10,cable tv is good, but internet is lacking. The internet issue will be fixed soon with fiber optic.
