  5. Been with them over 20 years. Still have money in our account and now they are charging us $5 a month for no reason. Ironically they are paying us interest on the money we have in there and then charging a fee. Guess loyalty does not always matter. I’ll be removing my money from this bank.

  7. I have been a member for over 3 years and love it! They are always very friendly when you come in and they know you by name. They have the best fraud protection from any other financial institution that I have been with. Excellent credit union. Have recommending to family and friends!

  8. I have been a longtime member of SRCU and have never experienced bad customer service. Everyone is very polite and friendly and when you walk through the door they don’t treat you like a strange and that is awesome! I recommend everyone I know to become a member. They also do amazing things with the community and surrounding schools.
