Not sure but taking 6 business days to clear a transfer of funds from 1 local bank to BCU and then reversing the payment seems to be a bit odd?? Not real happy about that!!!!

I feel like this credit union is way behind in years, I can’t see my pending accounts and they charge me an atm overdraft fee when my account isn’t empty, I want to change banks as soon as I can. Money does not seem to deposit till they let it.

The customer service is wonderful. If I have a problem, I could count on them to fix it. Opening a new account only takes minutes. When I go through drive thru with my dog , they give him a dog biscuit. I’ve been with them for over 20 years and I will continue to bank with them for at least another 20 years. Keep up the good work!

Here’s why if you haven’t looked into joining Brokaw or even if you have in the past and for whatever reason decided not to join , well I highly suggest you take another gander over to Brokaw Credit Union on Schofield Ave.
