Everyone there is really nice. The doctors and other staff. My only complaint is that my mental health counselor has been out of office for a while and I haven’t been able to contact him. Hopefully everything is ok.
There is no reason that a lab supervisor should wear their mask below their nose and take it off to speak with me. That is exactly when it should be worn.
Terrible dr. Horrible bedside manner. Rude and disrespectful. Doesn’t seem like he cares at all. I wouldn’t take my neighbors pet rock to him for care.
I have had great success with my cardiologist Dr Cox and Dr Lewis, allergist. Proficient consults and a couple home calls that led to quad bypass couple years ago and later a stent. Doc keeps me on right meds for CAD. Dr Lewis is quite thorough on tracking down potential allergies on only one symptom.
Was never informed Kelly Rice was leaving. Until I called to make an appt. Apparently she left 3 months prior. I was then left in limbo land until a new practitioner was hired. I have been going here for over 20 YEARS!!!
Dr was very careless and unkind. Getting mad and arguing with me when I started telling him symptoms of the condition I have. He kept cutting me off and wouldn’t listen. He never referred me to another DR or anything. I left in tears.

Six months to get a preliminary appt for a podiatrist that I saw several times before he joined the greedy OMG. The OMG’s procedures caused me to quit being a patient a few years ago.
The only reason I’m reviewing the Olean Medical Group is because of some other reviewers. I was there for the first time on Monday 1/20/2020. From the moment I walked through the doors EVERYONE was very very friendly and helpful. It could NOT have been a better experience. Keep up the good work!!

Could someone please wash the waiting room chairs. Just basic hygiene for crying out loud. Mandatory mask and basically a bacterial soup on on the chairs. Literally not a clean one in any office area I visited.
Dr Wilk helped me get my rheumatoid arthritis under control and got my insurance to cover the medication. He helped a lot more than the rheumatologist near me and they booked my first appointment within a reasonable timeframe.
Dr Wilk is such a knowledgeable doctor. I was having inflammatory issues and he investigated the matter and treated the problem in such an expedited manner. His office and staff are excellent to work with and communication is always great! I would highly recommend him for any rheumatology needs!

Dealing with the women at the front desk is always an issue as they are extremely rude and most of the time have no idea how to do their jobs.
