Have never had a major problem. Not sure why anyone would choose one of those other banks just to get fee’d to death or mowed down by small print disclosures. I work for a different very popular bank and let me just say there is a huge difference in products, ethics and competency.
I bank here. They usually have friendly service. I really like Stacy. I would almost give 3 stars because they often don’t answer the phone even with time in between calls. They also don’t do the direct deposit ledger right away on Monday.

Your garbage ATM screwed up and ran a transaction twice now I have to wait for banks to dispute it and I’m out a bunch of money till it’s fixed.
The tellers are very nice, the atm is conveniently placed, and I have absolutely no issues here at all, unlike some other banks

The staff here are amazing! They immediately help with any questions or concerns that I have! Definitely recommend going to this bank.
