They passed me a counterfeit $20 and I was told it’s my loss!!! They gave it to me but yet I am the one out the money. How can a bank be handing fake money.
Rude…you get the impression that you are bothering them, and I agree with the person who said managers should be telling the employees to be friendly with customers. I know of two people who have left this bank.
After putting up with bad service at another bank my 18 year old son stopped into ASB and in moments was treated to the best customer service banking experience. Well Done Alden State Bank
My husband has being business with Alden State Bank for 40 years – and after our recent visit to the Lancaster branch I understand why. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They will get our business for another 40 years!
Extremely rude employees that talk to you as if they are better than you. Just the tone in their voice as if they are bothered to even speak to you. Whoever the manager is here needs to have a meeting with the employees discussing the importance of customer service and not having a little stuck up attitude to people.
