They never return any phone calls, no one ever knows anything and if you depend on them filling out any forms, God help you, because they sure won’t.
Avoid this management by all means!! Incompetent and corrupted! I’d give 0 stars.
Tried talking to them on the phone once. It was a horrible experience even in the busy busy New York City. The person was so rude, impatient. It sounds like all the questions you have are a trouble to them. Wouldn’t recommend this.
The most useless property management co. in the universe! Never reply to phone calls, mail or any form of communication! ( I tried to give them -1 star but that was rejected ).
A company that says they will do something in a certain time frame and never stand behind what they say. It takes weeks to get something out of them and even then you might not get it! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I heard multiple complaints about bad service from current tenants in our Bay Ridge building as well.
