Extremely rudest people sitting in office on there papers they give phone number to call for any inquiries but when you call them to confirm something they even don’t want to say yes or no shame on them
they are horrible at customer service. I have been chasing them from last 1 week but all they do is keep forwarding the calls which goes to same voice mail and you would never hear back from them.

If you see a sign any where on a rental you’re considering and you see Samson Management don’t walk run the other way as fast as you can. Absolutely the worst property manager I have ever experienced.
Samson management is poor at solving tenants’ problems with that apartments. They want the rent on time but they don’t fix the problems in time. They don’t answer the phone and tenants have to wait weeks until problems are fixed.
