I needed to replace my water heater. I filled up their web form with my email address, then I called and left my phone number to the representative but still they never contacted me.
I had family up from Florida during the heat wave and of course my upstairs central unit was blowing hot air… One call to Scaran, one hour later my hero shows up. 2 hours later we were cool again and my family was happy. Now how do I get them to go back to Florida!

Additionally, they only service unemployed customers: those who can sit at home for 5 hours straight during regular work hours 8am to 5pm. Their pricing does not reflect their customers’ unemployment situation however.
