I was seen in a timely manor and staff was friendly, courteous and the new physician assigned to me, Dr. Coatney was friendly and knowledgeable about my unique condition.
RMEC does pretty good. But it gets so busy that when you get there, they sometimes have to reschedule you or you will sit there for 2-3 hours waiting. And some of the employees can be rude. But otherwise, it’s not bad.
My recent appointment at Rocky Mountain Eye Center on Montebello with Dr Stevens was a very good experience. Courteous staff and helpful technicians from start to finish…I’ll be going back for glasses here for sure.
Usually service here is excellent. today, 12/21, even the Check-in line was extremely slow. I arrived 15 minutes early and finally checked in 15 minutes past my appointment time.
I had a reasonably short waiting time. The nurses were nice with me and were thorough in their observations. Dr. Rastrelli was efficient in his examination.
I really like the staff. The only bad thing is they are always late. I waited1/2 hour after my appt time just to go back to start. My time is also valuable. It happens every time. If they could work on punctuality, that would be awesome.
Came in for my caterack 6 month check up. My eyes are still 20/20. The difference in my life has been amazing. You made such a valued change to the quality of my sight.

We messed up when scheduling our appointment, but the contact lens woman moved some things around so we could be seen when we arrived. She provided great training and support to my kid who was getting contacts for the first time. Really appreciated her.
