  6. RMEC does pretty good. But it gets so busy that when you get there, they sometimes have to reschedule you or you will sit there for 2-3 hours waiting. And some of the employees can be rude. But otherwise, it’s not bad.

  13. I arrived as a new patient today. I was seen promptly and by friendly staff. The Dr was prompt and spent as much time as needed, and I was able to have a minor in-office procedure today, rather than having to return for another visit. Thank you so very much.

  16. We messed up when scheduling our appointment, but the contact lens woman moved some things around so we could be seen when we arrived. She provided great training and support to my kid who was getting contacts for the first time. Really appreciated her.
