Incredibly difficult to get transfered to the right bank location! I called expecting someone from this location to answer but instead got the Loveland location. After transferring me to the right location I was met with a voicemail and not a teller.
Beware — this place does not deliver on promises!! I have a long story of broken promises with ths bank. I have banked for years at other banks with great customer service. Unfortunately, the tellers and personnel here do not seem to care about customer service.
This credit union has come to our aid so many times and we are so grateful to belong to this credit union. The staff is awesome and always helpful, we have been with them for years now and plan to stay with them forever!

I moved to them because big named banks had horible customer service. They have helped me with a loan, taken care of my kids account and are always friendly. It’s nice when your banker knows your name i like that they ask about my kids. I don’t think I’ll be changing banks any time in the future

Foothills Credit Union was the first bank I ever joined because they were referred by a supervisor. They have superb service and have since 2015. Been with this credit union since 2016 and they never stop impressing me. They are absolutely the best cost $$ for checking / savings and their interest rates are always low.
