Absolutley disgusting experience as a new client. After the closing I have asked a rep why the outstanding bill was not paid and was told that it should have been paid by a Title company and that I will be responsible for the next bill …
Update 2/24/21: Judy(?) called me back regarding the issue within the day, understood the problem, empathize with my situation and helped fix it. Whoever programmed their system should be fired and they still need to fix their terrible …
Grateful for the positive customer service experience where I received info requested and also additional info regarding email notifications which I signed up for. Rep was very pleasant and professional!
