Customer’s service is really lacking, none at all.call at 11:15 am to enquire about a loan I spoke to this lady her name starts with R, she took my info and said she will get back to me in an hour and until now nothing it’s 3pm.but I am going to go there in person.
If you want to experience the worst expierience ever with a finacial institute and deal with the most rude and incompetent loan staff ever just come to Michigan Columbus and ask to speak with Rhonda or one of her colleagues!

Agreed with the rude employees. Have dealt with it on more than one occasion. Tip-if u say something about it they do a complete 180. Another tip- you shouldn’t have to tell them they are being rude.

Came in to look into refinancing one of my loans. The loan manager brain was very nice and polite. Ended up cutting my monthly payment in half! i was so happy i switched my checking and savings over to mcfcu from chase. Only thing missing is a app to let me deposit checks from home.
