I had emailed a complaint to customer service. I received a fast response to my issue and a solution that satisfied me. I just wanted to say that the customer service department was professional and efficient.
No one answers the phone. If the voicemail message continually states “all our agents are busy please leave a message” wouldn’t you think its about time to hire some new agents?
Excellent engineering advice on a tricky water supply problem on our side of the meter — guessed the problem source correctly where a handful of plumbing/leak detection/pump contractors all failed.
Our neighbor turned our water off accidentally. Matt, from Ricon resolved the situation so expediently and with astute professionalism. Very impressed.
Rude typical government employee service. Meter is locked, I have not moved into property and they insist that I pay for service. So I can not use the service but I must pay for it?
Terrible customer service, and the only place I’ve ever received such a rude response when requesting to change the due date of my bill. Mind you all my bills are up to date, I simply wanted to adjust the due date to fit my payday schedule.

Very overpriced billing. Tried soo many times to challenge the very overpriced water bill but with no success. The bill each month in the hundreds of dollars even though we shut off all sprinklers?? Last month bill more than $1000.00 for a single family home????!!!!!!

We moved and called to SHUT OFF SERVICE service sever months ago. They will not stop billing us!! Said if we don’t pay, they will send us to collections. I’m going to have to file a dispute with my credit card company.

High water rates, poor customer service, charges a fee to pay bill online??? Guess they would rather have to deal with paper checks.
