Unfortunately, NO access to the restrooms or changing station for our child… This location is NOT A GOOD LOCATION FOR CHILDREN OR FOR SENIOR CITIZENS with no restroom access.. We will never return to this location…

Really nice office in Phelan but the cost of water continues to increase making things more difficult financially. Guess it’s the way it is. The ladies in the office are ALWAYS VERY NICE, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL which is a HUGE plus for the consumer like myself. Thumbs up for their professionalism! You ladies Rock!
