Rude customer service all around!
Friendly staff that’s always been very helpful when I’ve needed something.
Water pipe broke, emergency shut off was $71 waiting over an hour on a property were the water goes into one house then to another, told me i had to wait outside in the snow for him to show up in “a few minutes” been an hour.
When we were setting up service the people I dealt with were kind and very very helpful.. made the process alot easier and explained the break down of the bill and answered all my questions
This company is ran by a bunch of clowns. They just shut my power off on the morning of my bill being due. If it’s your due date you should have till that day to pay it.

It’s never an easy experience dealing with this place. And their website doesn’t work half the time, so we have to make a 30 minute trip to drop off our payments. Can’t ever get a hold of a live person when we call.
It would be nice if they would update their payment methods to include Google Pay, Apple Pay(whatever it is called for Apple) or Discover cards. Only accepting Visa or Mastercard is pretty out of date. Most card processing vendors include Discover. The only card you have to pay extra for is American Express.

The lady inside was rude as f when I went in there didn’t want to allow me to start up because my brother wasn’t on the lease yet. Had to call my landlord and it probably embarrassed her she was wrong. Ah oh well.
