R.P.L all they care about is money not the customers. They are so sad. I wish we had someone else who really cared for us . When it comes to money it’s not anything compared to customers. They keep on they’ll fail.
Its a necessity. Equal levels of good and bad experiences. Ultimately if you pay on time you are treated kindly. If you don’t, you will have some of the worst experiences of your life.
These people are the worse service I’ve ever had they are rude hateful and Jack you around so bad, I’ve never had a smooth change over with them, all others utilities no problem but these people suck! I hate this place and wish there was another.

Very rude, no information about outages online which forces you to call and have a rude person tell you “ya, we have a big outage, crews will have it on eventually”. GREAT! Website does not work and hold times when you call are usually 15 minutes on a good day!
Called them to report a power outage after normal office hours. The call only took 5 minutes and next thing I know (15 minutes later) a guy from RPL pulls up in front of the house. Crazy fast! Thanks RPL 🙂 …
Ran by crooks! Someone I know is having issues with employment due to covid and they have shut off their electric bc they couldn’t make a payment on their bill that got behind. All this company cares about is money and not its customers. Very sad to cast someone in the dark during a global pandemic

Cannot pay bills online. That part of their website is not functioning. I notified the company of this and was told “Yeah, we know the problem. We haven’t been able to fix it.”
Moved here last year and Prices are outrageous here, on top of that during the pandemic I got behind on my bill and was disconnected one time. I got my service connected the same day, and on my next monthly bill I now have to pay 600 dollar deposit for being disconnected. ?????? I have never heard of this in my life.

This place doesn’t send bills in a timely fashion, and shuts down your electricity with no warning whatsoever.
I wish there was another option. I hate that I have to use them because there is no one else.
