Got an email stating to be at the appointment 15 minutes before the appointment. I showed up 17 before. I was told I couldn’t be seen because I needed to be at the appointment 30 minutes in advance. I had a cracked pump, needed a prescription for a new one from an endocrinologist and they told me to go to urgent care.
