WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE STAFF DOESN’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING OR ANYTHING. I WOULD SUGGEST GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. OFFICE MANAGER HAS NO CUSTOMER SKILLS AT ALL AND IS RUDE. WOULD GIVE THEM NO STARS
Was recommended to this place when we moved her about 6 months ago, but upon calling, they are not taking new patients (only newborn babies) … Other than that I’ve heard they are excellent.
Love this office , very clean, never have to wait long , the visits never feel rushed. Dr. Tammy has had both my daughters at her practice since they were born :).
My daughter has been seen here for over a year now and they have been nothing but awesome! Their admin staff is very efficient and kind and all of the doctors & medical medical staff are respectful and easy to interact with.
Tammy and Andrea are fabtastic and they always make you feel your children are amazing and address all your concerns. The entire staff is nice and very responsive.

Sorenson left. There is a very rude nurses assistant now. She sounds like she is being extremely inconvenienced. She called me back and said “ya this is pincecone. You know your Dr left right??? And then laughed and hung up. My son already had his flu shot appointment scheduled. Please take your kids elsewhere. They don’t care.

Ishibashi is great but other than that the front office, not so much.
My two girls (6 and 4) have been with Dr. Ishibashi since birth. We transitioned with her from Summit pediatrics to Pinecone and it’s been a blessing. From the staff to the facility, everything is perfect and I know my girls are in great hands!
