They dont even deserve the one star. We come in to pay our car loan and it’s like 239.54 and we bring in exact change and they told us they wont accept it because they dont take change. What bank doesn’t take change. And especially what bank goes and makes your loan payment have change and wont accept the change.

Been a member for years and have always had a great relationship with all the staff. Everyone has always been willing to help wether I come to them with normal transactions, or things that are rushed and/or out of the normal scope of requests. Never had a time that they couldn’t help me in my banking needs.
