Their new system is terrible. Nothing but problems ever since they changed. Now they are charging more. It takes longer to get someone on the phone. It’s ridiculous. New can be better, but in this case new is awful.

This is my favorite location to visit! The staff is super friendly, warm and inviting, and gives great quality service! The tellers work very quickly to take care of our needs. It’s amazing how fast they get customers in and out, no matter how busy it is at that time! Really wish all financial institutions were as great as this one!!!
The website is always down and I can’t get into my account I fell like y’all do this so y’all can charger overdraft fees should not have to run to bank every week just to check my balance when I got online banking and always down

Something changed and service has been slow and mundane. The reason that I was drawn to this credit union was their attention to customer service. It’s dwindled and we will probably switch to another credit union.
Objectively have had good to great experiences at multiple locations – including the ATMs and app with mobile check deposit.

It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to contact a live person, or to receive a callback. In the past there have been technical glitches with automatic payments that resulted in late payments that common sense would have shown that I was not the reason. I would never recommend using them. They are a hot mess.
