You claim to be closed by 4:00 pm on weekdays. I made a phone call at 3:15 pm on March 23rd to both of your numbers and received the same message that you are “closed”. It was 3:15. Your message and website say you close at 4:00 pm.

They are not sensitive to the needs of people. When you have an occupied home that needs gas connection, why take forever, and instead work on connecting homes unoccupied. There should be competition, so I could go with another company. They might straighten up.
