There pricing is way way to high my family bearly use any power an the bill is 400+ then when your having trouble paying they rush out to cut your power then charge you another 100 to get it back on like seriously they never wanna help you out in the hard times with covid its ridiculous
I was on hold for 1 hour 46 minutes and 32 seconds before a customer service representative picked up the phone.That is ridiculous. If it has been an emergency I would have been S.O.L.
Dominion just told me on the phone that they did not care if my child gets sick and dies due to his insulin going bad which his life is dependent on. They “do not prioritize clients based on health needs”. This is unacceptable and infuriating since we cannot choose who Carrie’s our electricity services.
I can’t wait to leave SC so I can just be down with this light company since the change this company has gone downhill why on earth have I sat for 2 hours waiting to talk to someone now I believe the customer service is closed never again DO NOT GO WITH THIS LIGHT COMPANY if you have to please 🙏🏾 …

One of the worst places u could ever sign up for!! 335.00 bill for January!!! My bill is consistently over 300 dollars every month!!! If there were a different company I would definitely switch over!!! Just screw you out of your money and customer service is horrible!!! I don’t recommend this company to anyone!!
Bunch of money grubbing crooks. Last thing anyone needs in life right now is a heartless and greedy so-called “company” like Dominion. It’s certainly not a “service” either.. Dominion Energy sucks.

all around awful company, a true definition of a monopoly. Offers even worse customer service….
I am writing this as I continue to wait on hold for a representative to assist me. Currently over 50 min. This is ridiculous.
