This bank was amazing when it was central state. Since the switch it is horrible. All corporate with no hometown feel. The wilton branch is amazing but otherwise I don’t recommend using.
I will NEVER do business with CBI ever again! The worst customer service I have ever had! They lied to me, they lied about me and then force me to close my account against my will. On top of that they stupidly tried to intimidate me with the police when I am a law abiding citizen.
Worst bank I’ve ever had! ATM’s are always broke down, online banking is never available when you can get on it very rarely up to date. And they charge $2.50 for using other ATM. Ridiculous
