1 star is too much for this bank..
bad bad service. they have my money somewhere in there bank and they dont find it wowwowwow never do business there ,
I have my business and personal accounts at Lakeland bank over 20 years. Never had any problem in fact they have always gone out their way to meet my needs.
At times a very difficult place to work. Very unorganized and no strong leadership. The HR and IT departments are a complete joke. They were some nice people there but the majority were out for themselves. Nothing really ever gets done there without having meetings and conversations for weeks about it. More talk less actions.
Did my Christmas shopping all for my debit card to get declined so had to use my credit card. I did a stop payment on a check that got lost in the mail and they ended up freezing my accounts I asked them to unfreeze it they refused and gave …
Worst customer service EVER, made numerous phones call, on hold for over 35 minutes,more then once, wrote 2 letters and still the problem was NOT resolved. Can’t wait to close out my account and go to the wonderful Credit Union I am now …
There are people working in the Cranbury branch with no brain we have a account in that branch whenever we go there they are so rude don’t know how to talk to peoples always Asking the question which even not related to I wish I can give …
If I could give a BELOW ZERO for this bank I would, they no longer give courtesy calls to let you know if something is coming out of your account then has no problem charging $35 late fees for it(i won’t tell you how much I’ve paid in late …
