During a simply procedure recently I received excellent and caring service from every person I encountered at Northern Nevada Medical Center. This was my first time using this hospital, and perhaps in Reno smaller is better!
Nurses, Nurse assistants and Dr’s were very informative and friendly. Overall, the stay was about as good as I could ask for in a hospital although at times it felt like the communications between cross shifts didn’t take place and was a bit unorganized but at the end of the day they accomplished everything that needed to be done.

After a slow start, probably because I was admitted through emergency, everything was figured out and temporary fixes were made. The MD’s and the nurses and help are wonderful. Was really pleased with the way they explained my procedure before they did it and that it went exactly as they said it would.
