Do not do any business with them, please do not be hit by one of their people…they drop the ball, the lady been giving my friend the run around since july, and do not want to settle, havent even came with a offer..THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE
I wish that I could give this company less than one star. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!! They do not care about people at all!! They have a “well its not our fault” mentallity and do not care about helping people who were forced into tough situations.
The Republic Group continued to bill me after I sold my house and dropped my insurance. After sending me a cancellation notice, I expected, how do they keep billing me?
I’m not a client, but based on my experience, this would be the last insurance company I would look at. Just simple common sense seems to be lost on these folks that has resulted in me wasting time driving around to get the check endorsed. Bush league.
I used to work for this company and my experience with them was the BEST! They have great people and they CARE! If you had a bad experience, remember, your attitude toward working with your carrier makes a huge difference!!!!
Absolutely the WORST insurance policy I’ve had! They withdraw from my account prior to when I get paid and so I end up paying an extra $80 to my bank. Not only do they do this but they refuse to change the billing date! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
