West tel brought me fiber optic service all the way to my house out in the country and when I have an issue all I have to do is call and there on it right away. Service is so much better then others I have had

Had WesTel Tv installed. Two very professional young men showed up to install cable boxes/wires. They showed up on time and made sure I knew how to run the new remote before leaving.
Scott from WesTel did an excellent job installing a new router and then making sure all the devices connected via WIFI connected and worked. He was awesome to work with.

The TV was rebooting more often and I was not sure when or why it was doing that. While he was here he gave me some very helpful tips how to hook my tablet to the TV so I could watch my granddaughter’s graduation on YouTube. I really appreciated that!!
