I’m very saddened by the way that their customer service has gone down hill. I have been a lifelong member that used to rave about their service, but now, I warn people not to use this credit union. :/

This is my second car loan. Very low rate. And, my loan officer noticed some discepencies between what I discussed with her and what the dealer was pushing. And she denied the loan. She was looking out for me, would not let the loan fly as written!!! Awesome.
I’ve been with this credit union for over 5yrs and have had solid income the whole time and they won’t approve me for a line of credit. I think that’s bs considering I make more then enough. I have good credit also. Makes me want to close my account and go to a different bank. 🙁
This is quite possibly the worst credit union I’ve encountered. And shared branching is a joke. You get charged as normal at the ATM. If you’re not a member you’re not welcome to walk in or get help on Fridays.
