Never had a problem here.. They are an awesome bunch of people. My dad had his home insureded here when he died I just stayed with them..BEST CHOICE I MADE.
All was very good and nice till i claimed wind damage and leaking roof at utility room. Mr Dustin Sprecker told me to put a patch on my roof and the caulking job i did on my utility room ( that was done preventable work) was just good enough. Like if i pay insurance for patching and mending. Definitely not recommended

Canceled my policy with no legitimate reason very rude when I called to find out why they were canceling horrible experience
