Don’t have any personal experiences here but I saw a personal experience of one of your clients. She was racially profiled by a woman at your bank and the bank allowed it. Instead of correcting the disgusting behavior of a racist. The woman was yelled at and asked to leave.

Iris Montemayor was very patronizing when dealing with my senior mother. She acted put-off when asked to help. She made sure she had her coffee before attending to my mother.
Inconvenient as it can be, their branches are closed without notice and their methods of payment are archaic. Can’t wait to transfer my loan to an updated reliable institution

They do not support their members when you are a victim of fraud. I was a fraud victim and the poor documentation that they provided calling it “compelling evidence”” was a joke and it is still unresolved. The disputes department is very rude and unprofessional along with the customer service department.
I love Resource one because it has very good customer service and they help financially with business decisions. I think Resource one is rank number 1 in my heart and they are very family oriented.
