Avoid Jason Pratt (BCU credit union loan officer) for mortgage. Poor customer service, not very supportive and not great with first time buyers. I got a second opinion else where and they discovered hidden fees. I saved over $10k in closing costs.
Just spent over an hour on the phone just trying to get in touch with any human to help me out, but kept getting endless automated prompts but never any option to speak to a representative. After two more transfer calls I have yet to speak to anybody that can get me directly in touch with a loan officer.
