First Class Community Credit Union was originally created by and for postal employees, and we haven’t forgotten our roots! If you’re a postal employee in the state of Iowa, you’re eligible to join First Class Community Credit Union. However, we also welcome community members who live or work in the Iowa counties of Polk, Story, Jasper, Marion, Warren, Madison, Boone, Dallas, Plymouth, Cherokee, Ida, Woodbury, Crawford, and Monona.

Great place and everyone is always nice!! The only thing i wish they had is access to transfer funds to my hometown credit union, otherwise i have to run to Des Moines to get money out. Other than that, the two locations in Des Moines work great for me!

The staff is always polite and helpful. I have 2 very active toddlers and today, a young lady that worked there gave them little footballs and kept them entertained while I completed my transaction.
