As usual, I have been on this Phone for MORE THAN 90 MINUTES,AFTER being disconnected. Just want to get a Letter showing I am 100% and the pay rate. THIS IS JUST ANOTHER REASON I QUIT GOING TO ANY VA. Facility . I WOULD RATHER DIE ON THE …

I would not give them one star. The worst! Having just one number in every state does not help for those of us who have e moved. It’s system makes veterans who need assistance be frustrated with their absurd methodz. By trying to make …
Generally it not the VA’s employees fault the system is broken. Bureaucracy is a side product of the governments CYA approach to almost everything. There’s also the additional pressure on the system by some veterans applying for services and financial benefits that they no way deserve.
Horrible. I’ve been working on one benefit through the VOCREHAB for over 2 YEARS!!! The organization operates with no oversight that helps veterans, they work to protect their job and work load. I’m thoroughly disgusted with my experience at this office.
Voc Rehab is a joke. My school hasnt been paid for my tuition in months. My counselor does not respond to phone calls or emails and when i call down to request to speak to her supervisor about the problems im having then someone tells my …
They do great work, very often unseen, with only the minor number of problems, compared to the volume of Veterans they service, that ever getting any publicity. As they say, ‘bad news sells,’ truth is: Heroes work here, faithfully doing their best to serve other Heroes!
Went today with a buddy to get him help. As we waited for security screening, another Veteran was ahead of us. He had a cane, after his cane was searched and screen, they put this man through an additional screening once through the x-ray …
As far as comparing this regional office to other regional offices, I cannot. I do know that this regional office has always been to the detail when concerning my own particular service connected needs, etc, etc, etc. It’s a very very …
the Voc Rehab counselors here are clearly not serving in veteran’s best interest. They are always seeking reasons to deny veterans during the initial interview to decrease their workload. They will discriminate a veteran on many factors …
Security guards all have an attitude and do not know their own policy. Will not accept any form of government issued identification to enter a government building, only a state drivers license. They demand you to take off your belt, when …
the workers are nice and educated. the pure volume of purple make it hard to know how far back you are in line. It would be better if they gave you a line number. i was denied my first claim even though i had every bit of documents needed …
My Veteran spouse died in December, 2020. I have been trying FOR MONTHS to get his month of death check. I submitted my claim in January, have made 5 calls since then – asking why there is such a delay. Was just told I’d be getting a …

Parking and transit are easy, staff generally works hard and helps however they can. Scheduling can be difficult.
