  5. Bad service, bad claims process, someone hit and run my truck and paid out about 1/4 of actual cost of repair even with deductible. Take your business else where and do yourself a favor.

  6. If I could give this company 0 stars I would have. They have the worst claims department that I have ever dealt with (out of two others). They repeatedly were rude and condensing throughout the whole process. they were siding with their insured because “they pay us to represent them”.
