this bank is really bad I applied for a new checking account about 2 months ago and is still pending, I called several times and they forwarded me to a woman who is in charge of opening accounts but she never returns my voicemail.
Always fast and courteous service. Internet access to your account is available and features are acceptable and intuitive.
This is a shared branch I had to use for emergency and was able to get transact some business however wish it had longer hours.
Not happy with fees – better to discuss at the beginning of transaction.
Very bad experience with Kyle in the call center. I don’t know how an individual like this can work with people. Horrible people skills and customer service. Will close my account and never return to this institution.

Seriously Impossible to go into a Branch!!!! Drove to the Long Beach Branch because it stated online hours were 9am-6pm 11/27/20! Get there at 2:30pm & they are closed!!
avoid this place at all cost. After 10 years they still will go after you for every last penny. Even when credit agencies remove they still find ways to screw you

What kind P.O.S. credit union still automatically takes your money when you’re insurance AND GAP pays them out. On top of that they show no care for the client and did not even drop the amount that they said I owed, even AFTER they took the money?!? Never using them again.
Ditched my bank for Southland CU about 6 months ago. Best decision I’ve ever made. People like Erick M, Harut, and Phong make the place a great experience while providing great customer service. If you’re considering switching I highly recommend SCU. Thank you guys.

It’s a rather unreliable credit union. I will switch accounts soon to a new place, as they charge for simple asks, not to mention they canceled my debit card due to suspected fraud and never notified or sent me a new card until I called them!
Wonderful experience! The tellers are friendly & helpful. I never waited more than 5 minutes at the Los Alamitos branch. I got a personal loan, & it was approved within 24 hrs.
