  1. Customer service is terrible, overpriced service, constant additional fees and charges, the only reason I keep them is, as far as I know, they are the only option.

  5. I work for a construction company that builds projects all across the US and this has been one of the most difficult power companies to coordinate new construction and service with.

A few comments state that they are overpriced, but a solution to that is to go somewhere else for your electricity, install solar, or live without modern amenities/use less energy.
