I have been a member since 1987 when it was called Government Employees Credit Union. I wouldn’t consider banking anywhere else.
Ive had some issues with inconsistency in how long they hold checks after depositing them (even from same institutions in same amounts) but they have repeatedly come through to make things right.
We only keep just enough cash in here to deal with payroll since the direct deposit needs to come from a bank account. This bank is just complete garbage in every regard

We bank with them because they are the only option for our business and the location is convenient. If you’re looking for a bank with great customer service this is not it. I also recently inquired with a teller if cPort plans to open on Saturday’s again. The earliest they will consider reopening on Saturday is 2022!
I’ve went through this place two loans and both times nothing but greatness. I got to work with the branch manager for both personal and auto loan and each time he got me the lowest rates possible, I’ve switched to them as my full-time bank and will be going to them when its time to buy a house!
