I’m always about to be disconnect even though I feel like a pay twice per month. The customer service is horrible and they do not work with customer what so ever.

  11. They never take responsibility for their damage – their insurance company is a joke ….finding a way to deny claims is the primary focus- shameful! Not to mention the most unreliable power, which will destroy anything plugged in.
