Worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. If you’re in need of anything and call they’re just gonna tell you they can’t do that on the phone you have to use the online app. Which by the way doesn’t ever work.
You need new phone tellers. This is ridiculous. They not only were rude to me. But they got all my info incorrect and said it was my fault and hung up on me. This bank is garbage.
This bank sucks. Offered me only a signature loan stating I had no credit when my car with payments made on time is sitting out front. Monthly fees are atrocious. Not sure why I ever considered this place. Banks like this give credit unions a good name.
I liked them, I’m not sure the financial situation of the other reviewers but my experience was always pleasant. Just don’t spend all of your money and you can avoid overdraft fees.

Terrible service. I’ve been trying to call them for a week to unlock my account but they won’t answer. They are always getting hacked and have so many security issues.
You got to wait a WHOLE DAY to recieve money that you need NOW. Had somebody cash app me money for the day I needed it (because its SUPPOSE to be instant) but the money NEVER deposited on that day. THATS THE WHOLE POINT OF HAVING IT SENT TO YOUR ACCOUNT INSTANTLY!! Wont be with them too much longer. This bank got problems.

Worst mistake I’ve ever made. I will be closing my account as soon as my direct deposit is moved over to my new bank. New soldiers beware.
The tellers are rude and treat you like you’re a complete idiot if you so much as stutter. They can’t follow directions very well seeing as how on more than one occasion, they’ve put my money in the wrong account and an entire paycheck of mine disappeared when I brought it in to be deposited only to notice it never even hit my account.
We made a transfer of 400 into our other account it got there but we canceled it and it was recorded.. it never made it back to forthood national. Even though our other account had records of it getting there and then being sent back … it …
I call in when I see an unauthorized charge and they hang up on me never to return to the phone when I call back. This could be fraudulant and they hang up on me mid call. Shows they must really value my business. Very upsetting
Had some issues regarding the new updated system and mobile app. Contacted customer support and got a very quick a timely response. There was no hassle or issues at all, problem was resolved in a timely manor. Deedra Was very professional. I would recommend this bank to anyone.
