Local gas company. Horrible customer service. Only utility company that offers no online or over the phone bill pay. Virtually have to go in person to pay bill or give them your banking info.
I’ve always had an excellent experience with both the office personnel, and technicians. They have been very helpful. I also like the news letters they send out.
Why are all gas companies the worst utility to deal with? Don’t call, they won’t do anything to help you over the phone. You’re required to always drive into their office. How about moving into the 21st century? Oh, right, you’re a gas company.
Over the phone “assistance” is useless. Why even bother having “customer service?” All phone calls should simply go like this: “We can’t help you over the phone, please come into the office.”
Careful when dealing with some staff here. The boss is great, and honest, but some of his employees will screw you over if they think you’re giving them attitude.
Nice people who know their job and are proficient at it. Helpful and understanding. Sensitive to your “natural gas needs”.. Don’t hesitate if you gotta go here. Like I said, nice people…
I think it’s really annoying that don’t accept credit cards/debit cards, unless you send a check it in the mail, or have it on auto draft, you have to drive all the way down there. Get with the times, who doesn’t accept credit cards?!!! …
Its a one hour drive to set up service and they offer no help making sure gas lines are safe and gas appliances properly lit. They offer no help when I asked nicely if they had assistance for disabled customers. I don’t drive. I am not a …
