The worst customer service and online banking ever. As a new customer I will be closing my account ASAP. The agents who have handled my emails are an embarrassment to this company. Not to mention the long wait period for their high call volume. Every day.
While visiting El Campo I had my wallet stolen so went to this ATM to replace the cash then went inside but bank would not exchange for larger bills? I was not a customer!!!! I feel I just became a customer when I paid them the ATM fee. How rude, it’s money for money!
Our bank merged with Prosperity. Today is Day 1 after merge completion and nothing works right. Trying to use popmoney to send a payment, first went through verification (which is not a problem), then I found out popmoney is no longer free …

I give them two stars because the tellers at the bank are awesome. Otherwise they are not a very competent bank at all. For the last 2-3 months almost every charge I make online is marked as fraud. They deny the charges and don’t notify me …
