I find it shocking that in order to set up automatic payments on loans, you have to print a form, fill it out manually, and mail or FAX?! it back to them. Key bank, it is 2021, upgrade your online services and get with the times!

I left a long review on the feedback tab on the app this morning. After nearly 5 years and 4 accounts with key bank I think after my mortgage closes with Third fed I will be looking around for a new institution that has the branch member and customer service on the same page that doesn’t waste time of their clients.
