Does not understand the struggle of their average customer. Prepaid minimum is too high. Some people can pay each day but just a little and they don’t care. They would rather shut you off then work with you.
We have no trees down or flooding in my neighborhood and we haven’t had power in 2 days. There’s nothing stopping them from turning it on.

Don’t let something go wrong and it spikes up your light bill. They don’t make adjustments on your account for any reason. I had a hot water leak, which made my light bill increase substantially, and they won’t adjust anything. Now I’m SOL. …
