I haven’t even made my first installment yet and I called on 2 questions and the teller wasn’t pleasant and seemed hurried, absolutely no personality or warmth in her voice at all. Okay, I understand they may be having a bad day or bogged down with paperwork, but a little pleasantry can go a long way.
