  1. Still no mobile application to pay your bill. If you pay over the phone they charge you an additional $3.50. Your payment method is not convenient at all! Nobody carries around a checkbook anymore to pay using their checking or savings account . You need to step up with the times and be more convenient for your customers.

  4. Just started service today only to find out they have no app they only accept routing numbers otherwise I get charged $3.50 what a trash company hopefully they will go out of business soon and I can get somebody better I don’t see any possible way of being happy with this company

  5. Am I the only person who find it ridiculous they dont have a 24hours call center? Those hours of operation is terrible. Especially if somethin comes up last minute but most ppl work during the same hours and cant call then.

  8. Why $3.50 service fee to pay bill online? DTE & Consumers Energy does NOT have this. Why need to submit mailed paper form for energy star rebates? DTE & Consumers Energy does online.   9. Would not work with me. My 80yr old grandmother lives with me. Shes diabetic just got back home from hospital after having 3 strokes.   11. Inefficient. Do not use lockboxes to assist landlords. When i scheduled a turn on i paid someone to be there for a 6 hour time slot, they did not call ahead, did not show up, and told me that I did not have anyone at the house. Bogus company.

  17. Been waiting 17 weeks for gas! How does it make since to come install the gas line. Then a week later have a crew tap the line .Then 10 days later install the meter. How is this productive? Customer service is very rude and disrespectful. They don’t care since they have heat at there house .

  22. Customer service hours are ridiculous and when you do speak with someone, they are rude. They monopolize territories so if you use natural gas you are stuck dealing with their poor service and ridiculous business practices.

  24. Has anyone looked at their billing costs. I am not crazy, I understand that things have gone up. But SEMCO is charging as much in fees as they are thegas charges. That is just called thievery.
